In fields such as steel structure engineering, mechanical equipment manufacturing and warehouse rack construction, hollow profiles serve as main load-bearing components that directly determine the overall load capacity and service life of frames. Traditional profile processing involves cumbersome procedures and high material loss. Weld seams of ordinary welded pipes are prone to cracking and deformation, raising the risk of structural failure under continuous load and vibration. To meet the large demand for profile procurement in factory construction, machine frames, guardrail supports and other projects, the industry requires hollow steel profiles with stable forming performance suitable for multi-scenario processing. Drawing on years of experience in welded pipe production, our factory presents high frequency welded square tubes. Formed by high frequency welding technology, they are widely used for steel structure frames and various machine frames to satisfy the procurement demands for structural profiles across multiple industries.

This high frequency welded square tube is manufactured from steel strips through continuous processes including roll forming, high-frequency induction heating, extrusion fusion, sizing and straightening, and cutting. The high frequency welding process utilizes the skin effect of electric current to rapidly heat and fuse the joint of steel strips without additional filler welding wire. The heat-affected zone of the weld seam is small, and the overall deformation of the pipe after welding is minimal. Both inner and outer surfaces of the pipe are smooth, reducing workload for subsequent polishing. The pipe features a regular cross-section with strong bending and torsion resistance. Its structure remains stable under lateral loads and vibration impacts, making it suitable as supporting frames for various types of equipment.

The product can be manufactured from steel grades of different types. Appropriate materials can be selected according to operating environments to meet requirements for indoor workshops, open-air outdoor sites, humid conditions and other working scenarios. Surface treatments such as rust removal, painting and hot-dip galvanizing can be applied to slow down steel oxidation and corrosion and extend the service life of the pipe. Wall thickness, cross-section dimensions and length are adjustable. After cutting, the pipes can undergo secondary processing including bending, punching and welding to meet the requirements of frame assembly and splicing and shorten the processing cycle of components.

High frequency welded square tubes are applicable to multiple industries. They can be used for steel structure columns and beams of factory buildings, base frames of construction machinery, main frames of warehouse racks, equipment protective guardrails, supports of conveying equipment and auxiliary vehicle frames. They are suitable for frame matching in new projects as well as renovation and reinforcement of old equipment and existing steel structures. Square tubes of various specifications can be customized according to project drawings for small-batch sampling and large-scale project supply.

The whole production line adopts continuous operation with fast running speed and high material utilization, cutting down the unit processing cost of profiles. During production, continuous control is implemented on weld seams, pipe straightness and cross-section shape to reduce pipe twisting, weld defects and other issues. The cut ends are smooth with fewer burrs, facilitating subsequent on-site assembly and accelerating the progress of engineering and equipment assembly.

Our factory is equipped with complete high frequency welded pipe production lines. Standardized control is implemented in all links from steel strip warehousing, forming and welding to finished product inspection. After each batch of high frequency welded square tubes is produced, mechanical property tests, weld inspection and random visual checks are carried out to detect pipe cracks, deformation, weld defects and other problems, ensuring reliable performance after delivery. Standard specifications are kept in stock, and large-volume custom orders are accepted to meet continuous procurement needs of engineering companies, machinery manufacturers and steel structure processing factories.

Our factory continuously optimizes forming and welding processes and adjusts unit parameters to produce pipes with different wall thicknesses and materials. In addition to square tubes, rectangular tubes, round tubes and other high frequency welded pipe profiles can be manufactured. We provide a series of hollow steel profiles for steel structure and machinery manufacturing industries to fulfill material supply demands for various frame construction and machine frame fabrication projects.
